Camille Claibourne is a former long term Chief Nursing Officer/VP of Patient care and VP of Quality/Medical staff affairs for a large health care provider. She is a nationally recognized expert in nursing and management (ANA Magnet appraiser) and is currently adjunct professor University of Louisiana in Lafayette for the MBA and Nursing graduate programs. Her credentials include a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Development and a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the Fielding Graduate University, and a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. She is a Johnson & Johnson Nurse Executive Fellow after attending the Wharton School of Business program in Philadelphia. Among Camille’s numerous awards is the Louisiana State Nursing Association’s “Nursing Administrator Award”. Camille is a certified Emergenetics associate, published author, consultant and facilitator. Camille works with healthcare organizations, physician offices and healthcare providers to integrate changes in technology (EMR), practice and future workforce planning.
