Phyllis brings a wealth of experiences and credentials to the ERI team. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, a Masters degree and an additional 30 hours of credits with specialties in business education, administration and supervision. She recently completed a critical leadership role as the Regional Director and Interim Chancellor of a college in the largest community and technical college system in the state. She has been certified in Emergenetics as well as National Career Pathways Leadership. She also is a graduate of Louisiana's Division of Administration's comprehensive training/management program and the inaugural Leadership Development Institute for a state system of community and technical colleges. In addition to educational entities, she is eager to work with business and industry to offer professional development and training through the state's Small Business Employee Training Program. Phyllis brings wisdom of many years� experiences, a personal depth of values to assist all in improvement and is an outstanding leader, teacher and executive coach. She is particularly well versed in leadership development, workforce development and career training.
